Make Fit Happen

Made up of programs based on their clients’ health needs, Make Fit Happen starts off with one-on-one sessions with their clients to complete a fitness assessment. These session includes a strength/flexibility assessment, evaluation of blood pressure, weight and body mass index and an overview of what their health and fitness goals are. Based on this assessment MFH puts together a workout program to fit the needs of the clients. They also feature TRX suspension band training and High Intensity Interval Training for small groups.
